Jins, Thanks... We are glad you found our website helpful.
I have just worked out a setup for your car. But, let me tell you that, I had no intention to exceed your proposed budget. Smiley

Here is the recommended system:

KDC-MP6043U
 - 3 Pre-outs
 - Built In Amp Mute Function
 - Subwoofer Level & Low Pass Filter Adjustable

 - Front USB Interface Ready
 - iPod 1 wire Direct Connection with Optional cable

*Price: Rs. 8900/-

Front Door: 6-1/2"
Hertz Energy series - ESK 165 - 6.5" components
*Price: 7K

Rear Door: 6-1/2"
Hertz Enery Series - ECX-165 - 6.5" co-axials
*Price: Rs. 3750/-

Amp: 2-channel: Sony Xplod XM-ZR6022
*Price: 3.5K

Subwoofer: Polk Audio DB1240
*Price: 5,300/-

Mono. Amp.: Rockford Fosgate Prime R500-1
*Price: 20K

Totals to be 48,450/-

You need to buy amp wiring kits: 2 sets; *Price: 1200-1400/- per set.
So, all the items above together will fit in budget.
Above this, a good quality speaker cable & subwoofer cable are highly recommended,
which would cost somewhere around 4K. 2.5K for a good subwoofer enclosure.
And with such powerful setup, you may have have to damp
the car doors and boot !

As you see, the major cost component is Mono amp for subwoofer.
I can see that, the costs are exceeding the proposed budget. But, rest assured that the setup above will be fantastic.

If you are not keen on Mono amp., we can save a bit. Please let me know your view on this.

* Prices are approx.

Hope it helps.

For such a system, cables are to be very good grade. Buy either monster or tsunami kit. Audison subwoofer signal cable is a good choice, except its costly...very costly.
