Hi Raghu, i again need your intervene.

Since last month, I observed that HU suddenly goes off (power off) during playing song and after one/two minutes it again starts with displaying "system check" and immediately playing 1st song in that CD/USB.

Once, wiring have been checked thoroughly by installer. Car is new and hence battery also!
Whats matter then?!!!

Am crossed my fingers now!...

Did you add any new load on your car battery recently?
All the car electric grounds been verified properly by installer? (Very important, it might even be a power window that might be causing undesired grounding, thus rendering you HU on low amps causing it to power down)

If there's nothing wrong in above two, Try doing a manual reset of the system and test it once. If that doesn't resolve it might be some issue with the HU. You may need to get it checked for any internal short circuits or loose connections on-board.

"Its HU internal problem"-immediately replied by installer after hearing this problem. He even not bother to open dashboard and check other means. Without checking, he has confident that grounding of car is ok as there are no other battery related problems.

The best way is to take out the head unit out of the car and check it  with inverter . if the problem persist then there is the problem with the HU. other wise  there is wiring fault.
Its quite normal with installer to say that there is problem with HU (as they get chance to make more money), if in case he does not agree (in the event of HU is ok)  then change the wiring and see the polarity.
generally this issue comes when amp is connected andi is  been clipped or there is not proper heat sink

Thanks Raghu and vineet for your advice. Still my inner sense says there would be some problem in wiring, not in hu.

I decided to check HU myself. How HU can be tested at home with inverter? can u elaborate step by step.
