Hello Everyone,
I want a perfect music system in my new car.
Car Model Year: 03/2009
Music test: As per mood. sometimes Ghazal, Slow & sometimes want to rock with drum beat.
Desired sound quality: crystal clear, crispy, undistorted sound at all variation sound level i.e. from low volume to high volume. Also want to hear good bass (not that too much xtra high-fi doom dhadaka type Bass) with enjoying sharp treble & singing word of singer. Singing word of singer, treble, bass should be separated, volume balanced & clearly audible even at slowest point to highest point of volume.
Head unit : Only from Pioneer. I require iPod connecting & efficient FM radio.
Front speakers: May be later
Rear speakers: I am confused on component or co-axial? Model: TS A953 or TS A943 or TS A933 or any other?
Vibration/sound Damping: hey experts! is this really require in small car like.. Wagon R??
Budget: 12-15k.
Awaiting your expert voice soon.....

Pioneer new 4190SD fits in budget. It has direct iPod connection. When it comes to great FM / Tuner , I vote for Blaupunkt. But, in Blaupunkt, they don't have iPod direct connection. One iPod adapter by Blau costs 5K In the rear, go foe co-axial speakers. In Pioneer, TS-A933 is a good one. If not particular about pioneer speakers, I suggest polk db690 or JBL gto 938 or gt5 S396. Sound damping not required, though it helps improve the effect. Not very required now. If you had powered speakers & sub then I recommend damping.

Dear Experts,
Just for info, does 20 to 26 Wrms power o/p by HU, would be sufficient or fit to 70 to 100 Wrms spkrs like dB690, gto 638? Is this combination emit perfect sound?

Not sufficient for loud sound. But for low volume listening, it should be fine. I have seen that adding amplifier increases the sound quality of speakers.

thanks anil for clarification. I also having same thoughts, now it became belief!! Could u suggest me a good & low cost Amplifier to pump up my front component spkrs & rear co-axial spkrs channel. I am not going for Subwoof. Planning to buy Kingston or Pioneer 3190. (Any suggestion in Sony to consider option in HU?)

I have pioneer system in my santro and fabia. I never heard before Blaupunkt, JBL or Polk Audio. Please suggest me which one is better between Pioneer, Blaupunkt, JBL or Polk Audio in Head Unit and Speakers. Head Unit: I want USB connecting. Is it important to plugin front speakers? If so which one?

In HU, consider Pioneer or Sony for ease of use wrt. USB & iPOds. Blaupunkt head units also are very good .. but bit costly compared to pio & sony You will need 4" Front speakers. Front speakers very much required ..(atleast, I believe ) Go for JBL-gt5-204 or Polk Audio 4" speakers they are good. You can skip rear speakers, but not front !

Where to plug the speakers in the rear(polk audio-db 690)? I mean on a tray or any other to get the best sound?
Also suggest me amplifier with price which now i think is most important to get good sound.
Also Pioneer DEH 4190SD will give best output to front speakers, rear speakers and ampifier coz it just has 2 RCA pre-outs?

If so then suggest, which channel (i.e. front component spkr channel OR rear co-axial spkr channel) to be select for better voice output? ....also quote revised amplifier model no & price......

Many people have found good effects when fit or rear tray using MDF tray. It sounds good. Preouts are useful for amplifier connections. In 4190SD also you can setup a clean installation. Let us know, what setup you are looking for? How many amps?

It will create better sound stage. Usually preferred for someone who sits mostly in driver's seat. For someone sitting on rear seats, amplifying the rears sounds good.

In that case, which channel better to power up - componenet (front) or coaxial(rear) one - considering technical point of view. & Ampli model with price?

MPanchal, Amplifying the front components and subwoofer should be enough. It creates a good soundstage. Use the rear speakers as just fills.
Use JBL GTO 504 , a very good amp. and use it for both front & sub (in bridged mode) priced around 7500/- or Blaupunkt GTA 4 Special Mk II priced 6350/-
